1. The promoter is Brushi Ltd (company number 15373084), trading as Little Brushies, of 5 Brayford Sq, E1 0SG ("Little Brushies", "we", "us"). Contact: hello@littlebrushies.com.

2. Who can enter. The draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who received our Brushi Bear™ customer survey email. Employees of Little Brushies, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the draw cannot enter.

3. How to enter. Complete the survey using the link in our email and give a valid email address in the final question. Entry is free. One entry per person; any further entries from the same email address will be ignored.

4. Your answers do not affect your entry. Every completed survey with a valid email address has an equal chance of winning, whatever the answers given.

5. Closing date. The draw closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 15 December 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included.

6. The prize. There is one prize of four Brushi Bear™ replacement brush heads (two packs of two), described as a year's supply based on replacing the brush head every three months. There is no cash alternative. If the prize becomes unavailable, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Choosing the winner. One winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries by 22 December 2026, using a random selection method independent of the survey answers.

8. Notifying the winner. We will email the winner by 22 December 2026. The winner must reply within 14 days with a UK delivery address. If we do not hear back in that time, we will draw another winner from the remaining entries.

9. Delivery. The prize will be sent free of charge to a UK address within 28 days of the winner confirming their details.

10. Announcing the winner. The winner's first name and county will be available on request by emailing [email address] after 22 December 2026. The winner can ask us not to share these details.

11. Your data. We will use your email address only to run this prize draw and, if you agreed in the survey, to contact you about the Real Little Brushies Review Panel. We will not add you to any new mailing list. Survey answers may be published as anonymous statistics. 12. General. We may disqualify entries that break these terms or are made fraudulently. Where something outside our reasonable control prevents the draw running as planned, we may change or cancel it, and we will tell entrants if this happens. By entering, you accept these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
